Accountabilities:
- As a Business Analyst, you'll perform at an advanced level in the following areas:
- Business Needs Identification: Assess and define business needs, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Business Analysis Planning: Select appropriate analysis approaches, manage activities to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Analysis & Change: Identify collaborators, build relationships, and contribute to communication plans.
- Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: Manage requirements plans, partner with Architecture team for technical solutions.
- Business Case Definition: Shape and define reasons with detailed justification for investment.
- Solution Evaluation: Analyze solution proposals, articulate reasoning, and assess business readiness.
Additionally, you will work collaboratively with:
- Business Stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic needs.
- Business Relationship Managers to support process change and application development.
- Business customers to communicate impact, cost, and benefits of demands.
- Process owners to optimize business process performance.
- IT Architecture, Delivery, and Support for effective testing and solution delivery.
And take responsibility for:
- Test Lead to define testing approach ensuring traceability of requirements.
- Change Management/Communication Lead to support stakeholder analysis.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 5-10 years experience in life sciences or hospital setting
- Proven experience deploying business analysis tools/techniques
- Experience with complex integrated systems
- Strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Virtual collaboration experience
- Mentoring, coaching, or developing others
- Managing third-party suppliers/vendors
- Possess business acumen - challenge, negotiation, and influence

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $119,879 to $179,818. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
